At Care4Me Disability Services, we believe that learning essential life skills is the foundation of independence. Our Development–Life Skills service helps participants build confidence and practical abilities to manage everyday life and prepare for a more independent future.



Who It’s For

This service is for NDIS participants who:

  • Want to gain practical skills for independent living.

  • Need support with personal organisation, decision-making, or problem-solving.

  • Would like to learn skills such as cooking, budgeting, or time management.

  • Are preparing to transition into independent or shared living.



How We Help

Our supportive team provides guidance in areas such as:

  • Cooking, meal planning, and nutrition.

  • Budgeting, money management, and shopping.

  • Time management, scheduling, and personal organisation.

  • Communication and social skills development.

  • Safety awareness at home and in the community.

  • Building confidence to handle daily challenges.

Funding & Availability

This service is funded under the Capacity Building Supports – Increased Independence category of your NDIS plan.
